Victor J. Cacciatore
More than 35 years in practice, with experience on both sides of eminent domain.
Mr. Cacciatore seeks neither quick settlements nor protracted litigation, but optimal results for his clients. He has represented Illinois property owners for more than three decades. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years representing the Illinois Department of Transportation and Illinois Toll Highway Authority in eminent domain matters and later served as a Special Assistant Illinois Attorney General representing IDOT and the Illinois Tollway.
Before founding the firm, he served in the Illinois Attorney General’s Litigation Division, prosecuting criminal and consumer fraud cases.
